If you are in the area I’m sure all your energy today has to do with snow removal. Nothing like a fresh baked Razzy to give you that needed burst of energy to get through a final push. Literally! Cinnamon rolls are our thing and over the years we’ve dabbled in various versions… apple, blueberry and razberry. Somehow, the Razzy caught on and now out sells our traditional Frosty (the version that is most similar to the Cinn-a-bon variety). In fact, we sold 5,800 Razzies last summer… that’s a lot of practice! Winter days see us bake off about 6 of these delicious swirls for the bakery case. One is perfect to share, or to inhale yourself.
