We are in the middle of a mini wet blizzard, making the Roadhouse an especially cozy place to hunker down and catch up on the last of your sedentary, indoor activities. Finish that winter novel, write those last letters and emails before summer hits. Get ahead on your laundry. Visit with your neighbors before they get swept up in a crowd of new faces. This will be the last week of this year’s Community Schools happenings. Kathleen is retiring after this; I imagine that it will be a bittersweet week for her. If you’ve not played a pick-up basketball game or taken a class or sat in the gym for a Free Friday Night Movie, this may be your big week! There are also a couple Celebrations of Life on Saturday, reminding us that each day presents us the time to connect and celebrate and engage in this community. Need some ideas?
