Take the A-Train...A for Alaska that is!

With the roads this sloppy and gas prices going to $3.50 and beyond, perhaps the next time you venture to Talkeetna you might enjoy a trip on the Alaska Railroad, which comes up to Talkeetna on Saturdays and returns to Anchorage on Sundays all winter! The Roadhouse is just two blocks from the Winter Depot and can accommodate late check-outs on Sundays. Bring along your skis for some great Spring skiing!

All School Reunion!

Did you attend high school at Su Valley? Ever? Well, there is going to be a heck of a party for you, your classmates and the folks that taught and worked at Su Valley High School. Put June 21, 2008 in your date book and plan on heading back home to Talkeetna.
